Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to adjust your appointment. To keep things fair for all clients and respect the time set aside for your session, the following policy applies: Free Cancellations/Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your scheduled start time at no charge. Paid Window: Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before your session will incur a fee equal to 10% of the session price. Late Paid Window: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your session will incur a fee equal to 50% of the session price. No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the session price. A valid card on file is required for online booking to secure your session and process applicable fees.
